At Bldr, we’re building more than just workspaces — we’re nurturing a community built on respect, collaboration, and shared values. This Code of Conduct ensures all members, guests, and team members feel welcome, safe, and supported.
1. Respect the Space & People
Treat the workspace and shared resources with care.
Respect others' time, focus, and privacy — keep noise to a minimum.
Clean up after yourself in shared areas like kitchens, meeting rooms, and lounges.
2. Inclusivity & Zero Tolerance for Discrimination
Bldr is a safe space for people of all backgrounds, identities, and beliefs.
Harassment, discrimination, or exclusionary behavior of any kind will not be tolerated.
3. Collaboration Over Competition
We value genuine connection and support among members.
Share knowledge, offer help, and celebrate each other’s wins.
4. Booking & Usage Etiquette
Respect meeting room bookings — use credits fairly and vacate the room on time.
Don’t overbook or misuse space you’re not actively using.
5. Community Communication
Engage respectfully in our WhatsApp groups or any digital platform.
Avoid spam, unsolicited promotions, or disruptive behavior.
6. Feedback & Conflict Resolution
If you have feedback or concerns, reach out to the Bldr Space team directly.
We’re here to listen and help resolve issues in a fair and transparent way.
7. Guests & Visitors
Members are welcome to bring guests but must inform the team in advance.
You are responsible for your guest’s behavior and adherence to this Code.
8. 24/7 Access Rules
Pre-Approval Required
Only members with approved 24/7 access can enter the space outside regular hours.
Booking & Notification
All access must be booked in advance, specifying the number of attendees.
Unauthorized entry is strictly prohibited.
Security & Access Control
Members must not share their access codes, keycards, or keys with anyone.
Doors must be properly closed after entering or exiting the space.
Usage Guidelines
The meeting room is available by prior booking only.
If the meeting room is booked, the open space is off-limits.
Prohibited Activities
No vaping, IQOS, or smoking inside the space.
No loud noise or disruptive behavior, especially during nighttime hours.
Accountability & Consequences
Members are responsible for any damages caused during their access.
Violating these rules may result in membership suspension or cancellation.
Violation of the Code
Failure to comply with this Code of Conduct may result in a warning, suspension, or termination of your membership, depending on the severity and nature of the issue.
